Mental Health First Aid vs. The Working Mind

| Purpose | Teaches participants how to recognize, respond to, and support someone experiencing declining mental health and crises, and leads to a nationally recognized MHFA Certification. | Builds awareness of mental health on a continuum, reduces stigma, strengthens workplace resilience, and enhances supportive communication at work. |
| Target Audience | Anyone (workplace or community) who wants greater skills and a certification in Mental Health First Aid. | Employees, leaders, and managers in workplaces & teams. |
| Delivery Format/Credential | 2-day fully facilitated training ~12 total hours.
Official MHFA Certification valid for 3 years. |
1-day in-person, interactive workshop; typically ~5 hours (employees) to ~8 hours (managers).
Certificate of completion (no formal first-aid “qualification”). |
